Our knowledge in anatomy, injury prevention, and rehabilitation allows us to design personalized training programs that are not only effective, but also safe and tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're recovering from an injury, post-surgical needing additional strengthening, managing a chronic condition, or simply aiming to reach your fitness goals, we are here to guide you every step of the way. Personal Training for Seniors

Working with a senior client to give her the confidence of strength training.

  • Post-Surgical Training and Recovery - Once discharged from your physical therapy program, you may find you are still in need of progressive strengthening to meet your goals. We design customized weight training and functional exercise programs to help you return to the activities you are still limited in performing. 

  • Women’s Personal Training - We offer training for women in all stages of life: from the young teen athlete seeking to increase strength for her sport, to the college student desiring confidence to walk into that university gym; perhaps you are pregnant or postpartum and needing to incorporate strength training and stabilization for pain relief or an easier birth/recovery; or a senior who was diagnosed with osteoporosis. No matter the stage of life you are in, the proper instruction on weight training is crucial for reaching your goals.   • Teen Athlete Training - We work with teen athletes to help keep them at the top of their game. A sports-specific program will be tailored to each athlete, with a focus on strengthening, stability, and injury prevention.  

  • Discounts on Physical Therapy Services - All personal training clients are eligible for discounts on physical therapy services, including recovery services such as dry needling, cupping and myofascial release. Please inquire here.

  • Gym Membership Discount - All of our training sessions take place at Anytime Fitness, our gym with a wide array of weight, cardio and sports training equipment. Tru Personal Training clients do not need to be a member of Anytime Fitness for training, but will receive a special membership discount if interested. Please inquire here.

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES:

Regular Sessions: 45 Minutes - 1 Hour

  • 1 Session Only (includes education and exercise program set up): $165

  • 1-4 Sessions: $90/session

  • 5-10 Sessions: $85/session

  • 11+ Sessions - $80/session

30-Minute Sessions

  • 1-4 Sessions: $65/session

  • 5+ Sessions: $60/session
