Tru Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC is a center that was developed with the patient in mind. Patients see the greatest outcome through excellence in care and Tru PT provides the patient with improved outcomes in fewer visits, saving you time and money. We help patients heal faster with excellence in care, getting you back to doing the activities you love. With a customer-first, hands-on approach, Tru patients receive one-on-one, private sessions that provide optimal care in fewer visits.

Tamra Bullard, PT, DPT

My love of sports and exercise alongside spending time in the training room through my high school gymnastics career propelled me into physical therapy. I graduated from PT school in 2002 from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, then pursued my Doctorate in 2008 from A.T. Still University in Arizona. I have worked in multiple settings since graduating in 2002, but my love and passion has been working in an outpatient setting with orthopedic and athletic injuries and women’s health. As a former athlete and figure/bodybuilding competitor, I know what it takes to perform at an optimum level. The physical, mental, and nutritional demands are great - but when all are at peak levels, then the body can perform at maximum capacity. Additionally, I am a mom of three amazing children, two of which I birthed naturally with midwives. I have experienced the beauty and difficulty of pregnancy and birth and now have the amazing blessing of raising these souls. I am grateful when a woman allows me to be involved in her journey to gain relief of pregnancy-related pain and resolve postpartum issues and dysfunctions that arise. In addition to Tru PT, my husband and I own Anytime Fitness in Colleyville, Texas. My spare time finds me at home with my family, working out in our gym, and serving our local church and community.
