Staying physically active during pregnancy can be immensely beneficial for both you and your baby. Not only can it prepare you for the marathon of birth itself, but weekly exercise has multiple other benefits. These include prevention of pregnancy-related disorders such as gestational diabetes, excessive weight gain, high blood pressure, urinary leakage, back pain, anxiety, and prenatal depression to name a few.
Tru PT will help you maintain and/or improve your fitness levels, strengthen your core and lower body for labor and delivery, and prepare your body for childbirth and postpartum recovery.
Our personalized programs focus on safe and effective exercises specifically designed for pregnant women, guided by Doctors of Physical Therapy who understand the unique needs of expectant mothers.

Regular Sessions: 45 Minutes - 1 Hour
1 Session Only (includes education and exercise program set up): $165
1-4 Sessions: $90/session
5-10 Sessions: $85/session
11+ Sessions - $80/session
30-Minute Sessions
1-4 Sessions: $65/session
5+ Sessions: $60/session
